Government HiGH SCHOOL, VADUGATHAMPATTI

The Government High School in Vedugthampatti, Salem is the second biggest high school in terms of number of students studying. 

• Being surrounded by a lake, the school needed a big compound wall to be constructed to ensure safety for the school children in the rainy season. Though consistent efforts in reaching out to Govt officials, the school did not get the support needed. We helped them build the compound wall and also demolish an existing structure that was not being used for a very long time. This space will now be used effectively by the school, and we will be working with the school to get a sports room or a library in the space. 

We contributed Rs.2 lakhs for this cause.
