Witnessing the benefits of having a laboratory within the school premises in Government Higher Secondary School, Thekkur, the staff in Government Higher Secondary School in Ponnapoor wanted to have it replicated in their school as well. 155 students from class 9 to class 12 are regularly using this laboratory.

We helped the school in setting up a library by buying them racks, tables, chairs and getting a class room renovated to be used as a library.

The transformation of the class building from an unused place to a library has been wonderful and is now attracting more students to spread their wings. The school has allocated 2 periods every week for each class and the library is currently benefiting 356 students in the school.
